Iranian Journalist, Mohamad Ahwaze, released on twitter that Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamanei has “handed power over to his son, Mojtaba Khamanei”. Ahwaze claims “Khamanei deteriorated overnight” possibly due to prostate cancer:
